How it works
Every listing on this site has been read by our review team before it appeared. Here is what happens between finding something and owning it — whether that is a home, a lamp, or a place on the shelf as a seller.

01 · Finding a home
Filter by city, locality, budget and type. Everything you see is a listing an administrator has approved — there are no expired posts and no listings that were taken down but left up.
Tap the heart on any listing and it waits in your account, on this device and every other one you sign in on.
Ask for a day and a time of day. The seller confirms it or proposes another, and you see the answer in your account rather than waiting on a phone call.
Enquiries go straight to the person who listed the property. We do not sit between you and them, and we take no commission on a home.

02 · Furnishing it
The décor half of the platform works the same way, and the same review applies before anything is listed.
Furniture, lighting, soft furnishings and décor accents, each with the options a seller actually stocks — and live stock, so a piece that has sold out says so.
Pick the finish or the size, see today's price, and keep shopping. A basket is saved to your account, so it is there when you come back.

03 · Selling with us
Property and décor sellers work in separate portals, so the door you come in by is the vertical you sell in.
Register in the property portal or the décor portal — the choice is made at the door and cannot be mixed later.
Business details, identity and bank proof, uploaded once. Our team checks them before you can list.
The promise
A seller can edit a live listing at any time — and the version you are reading stays exactly as it was until an administrator has reviewed the change. That is why what you see here is what is actually for sale.
Every
Listing reviewed
A new listing is not visible to anybody until it is approved. There is no "publish now and we will check later".
Two
Verticals, kept apart
A property seller and a décor seller never see each other's data. The separation is enforced by the API, not by the interface.
Zero
Unapproved edits live
When a seller edits a live listing, the approved version stays up. Your enquiry is about the listing you actually read.

What it costs
There is no charge to browse, to save a listing, to send an enquiry or to book a visit — and there is no fee to a buyer on a home. What you pay for a property is agreed with the seller directly.
Listing is free while we launch, for property and décor sellers alike. Décor pieces are sold at the price the seller sets, and the seller is told in their panel exactly what they will receive on each order before they accept it.
On a décor order you pay the price shown, plus delivery where the seller charges it; both are on the basket before you confirm. Payment is by card, UPI or net banking through our payment partner, or cash on delivery.

Pay by card, UPI or net banking through our payment partner, or choose cash on delivery. Either way you get one order reference for everything in the basket.
Each seller packs their own pieces and hands them to a courier. Follow every parcel from your account, with its tracking number.
Not right for the room? Ask for a return from the order page within seven days of delivery. Refunds go back the way you paid.
Fill in the listing, add the pictures, and submit it for review. You can keep editing a draft until you do.
Nothing goes live until a reviewer approves it. If something is missing you get a reason, and you resubmit.
Edits to a live listing are reviewed too, and the approved version stays up while they are — your listing is never offline for an edit.
Every enquiry, visit request and order arrives in your panel, with the customer's details, and you answer from there.
