A complaint that the form has not resolved goes to our grievance officer, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules require. It is acknowledged within 48 hours and answered within a month.

Yes. A new listing is not visible to anybody until an administrator has approved it, and an edit to a live listing is reviewed the same way. Approval means the listing is complete and consistent with our standards; it is not a survey or a valuation, so please still visit a property before you commit.
It goes straight to the seller of that listing, with the contact details you gave, and their reply appears under Activity in your account. We do not sit between you and the seller and we take no commission on a property.
Each seller packs and ships their own pieces, so an order from two sellers arrives as two parcels. Every parcel has its own tracking on the order page, and you are told when it ships and when it is delivered.
You can cancel any line from the order page until the seller ships it, for a full refund. A delivered piece can be returned within seven days of delivery in the condition it arrived; the seller decides within three working days and collects it. See the Refund & cancellation policy.
No. Listing is free while we launch, for property and décor sellers alike. A décor seller sees in their panel exactly what they will receive on each order before they accept it.
