Create a seller account in the property portal, complete KYC (business details, identity and bank proof), then add your listing with photographs and submit it. A member of our team reviews it and it goes live once approved.
Yes. A new listing is not visible to anybody until an administrator has approved it, and an edit to a live listing is reviewed the same way. Approval means the listing is complete and consistent with our standards; it is not a survey or a valuation, so please still visit a property before you commit.
It goes straight to the seller of that listing, with the contact details you gave, and their reply appears under Activity in your account. We do not sit between you and the seller and we take no commission on a property.
Each seller packs and ships their own pieces, so an order from two sellers arrives as two parcels. Every parcel has its own tracking on the order page, and you are told when it ships and when it is delivered.
You can cancel any line from the order page until the seller ships it, for a full refund. A delivered piece can be returned within seven days of delivery in the condition it arrived; the seller decides within three working days and collects it. See the Refund & cancellation policy.
No. Listing is free while we launch, for property and décor sellers alike. A décor seller sees in their panel exactly what they will receive on each order before they accept it.

No. Browsing needs no account. You need one to save a listing, send an enquiry, book a visit, buy or write a review — it asks for your name, an email address and a mobile number, and it works across every device you sign in on.

Edits go to review first. Your approved version stays live until the change is approved, so the listing is never offline — and nothing unreviewed reaches a customer.

From the property page, ask for a day and a part of the day — morning, afternoon or evening. The seller confirms it or proposes another, and the answer appears in your account. The exact hour is agreed between you and the seller.

The price is the one the seller set when the listing was approved. Stock is live: a piece that has sold out says so on the card and on the product page, and the basket tells you if a line has changed since you added it.
Yes — "Ask the seller" on the product page sends them an enquiry about that piece, a size, a finish or a lead time, and keeps the thread in your account.
From the product page, once you have bought the piece. Reviews are moderated before they appear, so yours may take a day or two to show; a refused review comes with a reason, and you may write another.

Online by card, UPI or net banking through our payment partner, or cash on delivery where every seller in the basket supports it. We never see your card or bank details.

Within seven working days of the seller receiving the piece back — to the card or account you paid from, or for cash on delivery to a bank account you give us. Every refund has its own reference on the order page.

Send us the question and we will answer by email — and add it here if other people are asking it too.
